通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验及能谱分析等方法对镍基合金波纹管膨胀节泄漏原因进行了分析.结果表明:磷酸或磷酸盐腐蚀和材料的晶间腐蚀倾向是导致膨胀节失效的主要原因.最后提出了相应的解决措施.
Cause Analysis on Leakage of the Nickel base alloy bellows expansion joint
The causes of leakage of nickel base alloy bellows expansion joint were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis.Phosphoric acid or phosphate corrosion and intergranular corrosion tendency are the main reasons for the failure of expansion joints.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
