摘要

某石化气分、烷基化2套装置946条压力管道到期需要实施定期检验,企业无法停车检修,委托技术机构实施基于风险的在线检验技术,通过将RBI风险评估技术与在线检验技术结合,对管道检验策略进行合理优化,再通过在线检验技术查找出安全隐患,指导企业及时消减缺陷,通过基于风险的在线检验技术应用对压力管道检验周期进行合理调整,实现管道不停机状态下长周期安全运行.

Abstract

The 946 pressure pipelines of a petrochemical gas separation and alkylation unit need to be regularly inspected upon expiration,and the enterprise cannot stop for maintenance.Therefore,a technical institution was commissioned to implement risk-based online inspection technology.By combining RBI risk assessment technology with online inspection technology,the pipeline inspection strategy was reasonably optimized.Then,safety hazards were identified through online inspection technology to guide the enterprise in reducing defects in a timely manner.The risk-based online inspection technology was applied to adjust the pressure pipeline inspection cycle reasonably,achieving long-term safe operation of the pipeline without stopping.
