基于PLC的船用焚烧炉控制系统设计

摘要
为有效保护海洋环境,对船用焚烧炉的控制系统进行研究.阐述船用焚烧炉系统的构成,说明船用焚烧炉控制系统的设计要求、硬件组成、PLC的I/O分配情况以及一些工作数据设置,论述船用焚烧炉焚烧污油和焚烧固体垃圾的2种工作模式原理.试验证明:该系统自动化程度高,安保措施可靠,焚烧单位垃圾或污油所耗柴油量比普通系统低5%,焚烧污油含水率可高达60%以上,具有工作可靠、经济和环保等特性.
Abstract
The satisfactory operation of a incinerator relies on effective control system.The composition of marine incinerator system is expiained,and the design requirements of the control system of marine incinerator,the equipment composition and the allocation of PLC I/O,and some work parameter settings are illustraed.Two types of working principles of marine incinerator for burning waste oil and solid wastes are discussed.The system designed is highly automated with reliable safety protection and can treat the sump oil containing water up to 60%.Tests indicate that the fuel consumption of this system is 5% less than that of conventional systems.
