Decision-making of deployment of marine rescue force based on the coordination degree
In order to address the issues of marine rescue demand changing in adjustment of marine production structure and less deployment tools of marine salvage team,based on the study of the experts,this paper proposes a deployment method based on the coordination degree.Firstly,aiming at constructing the dynamic deployment method evaluation system which is suitable for marine salvage team and the marine industries,this paper measures the coordinated development degree of marine rescue needs and abilities of marine rescue units by using the coordinated development model,estimates the weight of marine rescue needs in different time period by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),constructs the spatial distribution of the urgency of rescue needs with graphics analytical method.Finally,by using this method to analyze the practical deployment problems,this paper proposes a better deployment solution.The result shows that the decision making of marine rescue force deployment,by this method,is similar with most marine emergency cases and verifies the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper for decision making of marine rescue force deployment.
