全球限硫令下集装箱班轮燃油补给策略与航速优化

本文基于全球限硫令生效的实施背景,以一个往返航次内船舶总营运成本最小化为目标,分别针对燃料转换和加装洗涤器2种解决方案建立集装箱班轮燃油补给策略与航速优化模型,联合优化船舶航速、燃油补给港、燃油补给量以及航线配船数量,使用混合编码遗传算法对模型进行优化求解,并通过实际算例验证模型和算法的有效性.结果表明,2种方案下船舶最优航速和燃油补给策略不同,适当放宽船舶抵港时间要求可以有效降低船舶营运成本.
Fuel replenishment strategy and speed optimization of container liner under global sulfur restriction
Based on the effectiveness and implementation background of the global sulfur restriction,this paper respectively establishes the fuel replenishment strategy and speed optimization model of container liner for the two solutions of fuel conversion and scrubber installation,with the goal of minimizing the total operating cost of ships in a round-trip voyage.The models jointly optimized the ship speed,fuel replenishment port,fuel replenishment quantity and route ship allocation quantity.The hybrid coding genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by an actual example.The results show that the optimal speed and fuel replenishment strategies are different under the two schemes,and the ship operation cost can be effectively reduced by appropriately relaxing the requirements of ship arrival time.
