摘要
船舶运维技术是水路交通系统安全、绿色、高效运行的关键.随着人工智能技术的快速发展,船载运维机器人开始逐步用于完成危险、繁重的船舶运维作业任务.首先,介绍船载运维机器人的国内外研究现状,并归纳目前主要的船舶运维作业类型;其次,梳理船载运维机器人技术在船舶验舱、船底清洗、除锈喷漆、清舱和巡检等典型船舶运维作业中的应用情况;再次,分析船载运维机器人的关键技术研究现状以及面临的挑战;最后,对未来船载运维机器人技术的研究和应用进行展望.
Abstract
Ship operation and maintenance technology is the key to develop a safe,green,efficient water transportation system.With rapid progress of artificial intelligence technology,ship-borne robots are emerging to accomplish dangerous and heavy-duty operation and maintenance tasks,and becoming a research hotspot.Firstly,this paper introduces the domestic and international research status of ship-borne operation and maintenance robots and summarizes the main types of shipboard operation and maintenance operations;secondly,this paper combs through the application of ship-borne operation and maintenance robots in typical shipboard operation and maintenance operations such as ship inspection,bottom cleaning,rust removal and painting,cabin cleaning and inspection;again,this paper analyzes the current status of the key technologies of ship-borne operation and maintenance robots as well as the challenges;finally,this paper makes an outlook of the research and application of future ship-borne operation and maintenance robots.
