内河LNG罐箱运输船泄漏扩散与锚泊安全研究

液化天然气(LNG)罐式集装箱运输船在内河水域的通航安全是业界关注的重要问题.以在锚泊状态下船载LNG罐箱为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟方法,构建LNG罐箱泄漏物理模型;以内河702 TEU型集装箱船、T75型罐箱和LNG罐箱积载要求等数据,采用Space Claim构建计算域模型,并建立在LNG连续泄漏状态下的极端不利条件,开展LNG泄漏与扩散的极限距离仿真试验,试验结果表明极限扩散的安全距离约187 m.综合考虑LNG极限扩散距离、锚泊事故风险和锚泊安全状态等条件,建立内河LNG罐箱船锚泊安全区计算模型,并提出半径315 m的锚泊安全区域及锚泊安全建议.研究成果能为水运部门制定相关标准规范和安全监管制度提供技术支撑.
Anchoring safety on inland container ships considering leakage and dispersion of shipborne LNG tanks
The navigational safety of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)tank container carriers in inland waters is an important issue of concern to the industry.The LNG tank at anchoring state is taken as the research object,and the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)simulation method is used to build the physical model of the LNG tank leakage.Based on the data of inland 702 TEU container ship,T75 tank and LNG tank store-loading requirements,the computational domain model is established by Space Claim and the extreme adverse conditions of continuous LNG leakage are introduced to carry out the simulation test of LNG leakage and dispersion limit distance.The test results show that the safe distance of the limit dispersion is about 187 m.Based on the comprehensive consideration of LNG ultimate dispersion distance,anchoring accident risk and anchoring safety state,the calculation model of the anchoring safety zone of inland river LNG tank carrier is built.The suggestion of anchoring safety zone with a radius of 315 m is proposed,and the anchoring safety suggestions are put forward.The research results can provide technical support for the water transportation department to formulate relevant standards and safety supervision system.
