为了更全面地对液化天然气(LNG)动力船型进行碳足迹研究,提出一种船舶混合全生命周期评估方法(H-LCA),对千箱级LNG动力船舶建造和营运阶段进行碳排放分析.对甲烷泄漏率、船舶运载能力、主机型号三种影响碳排放的因素进行的敏感性分析表明,甲烷泄漏率和主机选型是影响LNG动力船舶减碳潜力的关键因素,泄漏率超过2.5%时,LNG动力船舶减碳优势不在,可配备高效率主机以减少甲烷泄漏达到减碳目的;船舶运载能力是影响LNG动力船舶减碳潜力的重要因素,运载能力越高,LNG动力船舶在系统功能单位下的碳排放水平越优异,未来LNG船舶亦可从提升运载能力方面入手提升减碳效益.
Carbon footprint study of LNG-powered ships under methane leakage based on H-LCA
In order to conduct a more comprehensive carbon footprint study of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)-powered ship types,H-LCA is proposed to analyze the carbon emissions of one-thousand-tank LNG-powered ships during the construction and operation phases.The sensitivity analysis of three factors affecting carbon emission,namely methane leakage rate,ship carrying capacity,and main engine type,shows that methane leakage rate and main engine type are the key factors affecting the carbon reduction potential of LNG-powered ships,and that when the leakage rate exceeds 2.5%,the LNG-powered ship does not have the advantage of carbon reduction,so it can be equipped with a high-efficiency main engine to minimize methane leakage and reduce carbon emission;the carrying capacity of the ship is an important factor affecting the carbon reduction potential of LNG-powered ships,and the ship can be equipped with a high-efficiency main engine to minimize methane leakage.The ship's carrying capacity is an important factor affecting the carbon reduction potential of LNG-powered ships.The higher the carrying capacity,the better the carbon emission level of LNG-powered ships under the system functional unit,and in the future,LNG-powered ships can also improve the carbon reduction benefit by improving the carrying capacity.
