新形势下福建省生态公益林管理改革的探讨

通过分析发现福建省在生态公益林区划界定、 补偿机制和森林保险等方面存在区划界定不合理、 总量不足、 布局不合理, 补偿标准低、 公益林补偿资金短缺、 补偿标准单一等问题, 有针对性地提出了进一步优化生态公益林布局、 完善生态公益林补偿机制、 丰富森林保险产品等新形势下福建省生态公益林管理改革建议.
Analyzed the current situation and the problems of the ecological public welfare forest management, including delimitation, compensation mechanism and the forest insurance, etc in Fujian, and made some suggestions such as further optimizing the layout, improving the ecological public welfare forest compensation mechanism of ecological forests, enriching forest insurance products, etc.
