北京市温榆河-北运河水系水质空间分布特征研究

采用水体三维荧光光谱(3D-EEMs)结合平行因子分析(PARAFAC)方法,研究了温榆河-北运河水系溶解性有机物(DOM)的荧光组分及其空间分布特征,并对沿岸污水处理厂、支流、干流的水质参数及其 DOM 组分之间的相互作用进行了分析.结果表明:温榆河-北运河水系干流溶解性有机碳(DOC)浓度与各支流接近,总磷浓度从上游到下游逐渐降低,氨氮和总磷污染严重.水体 DOM 共存在 2 类(4 种)荧光组分,包括类腐殖质组分(类腐殖酸,C1;类富里酸,C2)和类蛋白组分(类色氨酸,C3;微生物代谢产物,C4).污水处理厂出水汇入各支流后,水体 DOM 中的类腐殖质组分的比例上升.荧光比例显示,各河流 DOM 以 C3 组分为主,占比为 24.76%~40.27%.水体荧光指数(1.58~1.72)、自生源指数(0.96~1.17)及腐殖化指数(0.74~0.81)计算结果指明,该水体的 DOM 组成具有内源和外源的双重特性,整体腐殖化程度低且自生源特性强.DOC与 C1、C2 和 C4 组分呈现极显著正相关,表明荧光组分可用于动态跟踪河流有机物;总氮与 C1、C2 组分呈极显著正相关,说明类腐殖质组分会对氮污染物浓度产生重要影响;总磷与自生源指数呈显著负相关(P<0.05),表现为 DOM 腐殖化程度越高,总磷浓度越低.
Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Water Quality in Wenyu-Beiyun Rivers System in Beijing
The spatial distribution characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in Wenyu-Beiyun Rivers system were investigated based on 3D fluorescence spectroscopy(3D-EEMS)combined with PARAFAC,and the interaction of water quality parameters and DOM composition between sewage treatment plants,tributaries,and main streams was analyzed.The results showed that the dissolved organic carbon(DOC)concentration of the main stream of Wenyu-Beiyun Rivers was close to the tributaries,the total phosphorus concentration was gradually reduced from upstream to downstream,and the ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were seriously polluted.Two types of four fluorescence components existed in DOM of Wenyu-Beiyun Rivers system,including humus-like components(humic acid,C1;fulvic acid,C2)and protein-like components(tryptophan,C3;microbial metabolite,C4).After the effluent from the sewage treatment plant was discharged into the tributaries,the proportion of humus-like components increased.The fluorescence ratio showed that the DOM of each river was dominated by tryptophan components,accounting for 24.76%to 40.27%.The fluorescence index(FI),biological index(BIX)and humification index(HIX)indicated that DOM composition of the water system had dual characteristics of endogenous and exogenous,with low overall humification degree and strong authigenic characteristics.DOC was significant positive correlation with C1,C2 and C4 components,indicating that the fluorescence components could be used to dynamically track river organic matter.Total nitrogen(TN)was significantly positively correlated with C1 and C2 components,demonstrating that humus-like components had an important impact on nitrogen pollutant concentrations.Total phosphorus(TP)was significant negative correlation with the HIX index(P<0.05),demonstrating that the higher the DOM humification degree,the lower the TP concentration.
