Research on Preparation Uncertainty of Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbon Reference Materials for Exhaust Gas Monitoring of Stationary Pollution Sources
According to the emission control demands of volatile halogenated hydrocarbon pollutants from stationary pollution sources, volatile halogenated hydrocarbon reference materials for exhaust gas monitoring of stationary pollution sources(each component has different concentration levels)were prepared by weighing method and its preparation uncertainty was evaluated. The uncertainty of raw material purity, weighing quality of liquid and gas components, raw material solution ratio, molar mass and other factors were analyzed. The relative expanded uncertainty(k = 2)for the preparation of volatile halogenated hydrocarbon reference materials for stationary source monitoring was evaluated through the GUM law and calculated as less than 1%.The results showed that the weighing quantity of liquid/gas material and upper intermediate gas concentration had the greatest influence on preparation uncertainty, the uncertainty of raw material purity, weighing quality of nitrogen and raw material solution ratio had the greater influence on preparation uncertainty and the uncertainty of molar mass and residual gas were negligible.
