环境监测用高锰酸盐指数和氨氮标准溶液量值比对研究

针对高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和氨氮(NH3-N)标准溶液(以下简称液标)制造商、浓度水平和使用情况进行调研,根据调研结果选择常用的 7 个品牌 CODMn 液标和 9 个常用 NH3-N 液标品牌开展量值比对和质量评价研究,匿名采购129 支液标经盲样编码后采用《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)推荐标准进行分析测定,计算和评定测定结果的不确定度,以 En法进行量值比对评价.研究表明,NH3-N 液标量值均满意,CODMn 测试中的加盖操作会使测定结果偏高,按照证书要求操作时 CODMn 液标量值合格,未按照液标证书中要求进行液标样品前处理测定会造成测定结果的偏离,影响评价结果.建议监测人员合理选用和规范使用环境用液标,加强环境用液标的选购和管理,确保检测过程得到有效控制.
The Property Value Comparison of Permanganate Index and Ammonia Nitrogen Reference Materials for Environmental Monitoring
This study investigated the manufacturers,concentration levels and usage of the reference materials permanganate index(CODMn)and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)for environmental monitoring.According to the survey results,7 commonly used brands of CODMn liquid standard and 9 commonly used brands of NH3-N liquid standard were selected to carry out the property value comparison and quality evaluation research.129 liquid standards were anonymously purchased and measured by the recommended standard of GB 3838-2002 after recoded.The uncertainty of determination results was calculated and evaluated,and the En value method was used for comparison and evaluation.The research showed that the property value of NH3-N standard were all satisfied,the capping operation in CODMn test would cause the measurement results to be higher.If the pre-treatment test unfollowed the requirement of the standard label certificate,it would cause the deviation of the test result and finally affect the evaluation result.It was suggested that the monitoring personnel should rationally select and standardize the use of environmental liquid standards,strengthen the selection and management of environmental liquid standards to ensure the effective control of the testing process.
