大气颗粒物中铅和砷元素质控滤膜的制备及其实际应用

为填补我国生态环境监测领域大气颗粒物滤膜介质质控样品空白,保障颗粒物组分分析结果的准确性,客观、真实地反映我国大气颗粒物中金属元素的检测能力和技术水平,以大气颗粒物中常见的铅、砷 2 种元素为代表,研究制备了大气颗粒物滤膜质控样品,利用实验室比对的方式,在全国范围内组织各级各类生态环境监测机构共 119 家实验室开展实际应用和验证.结果表明,研制的滤膜介质中 2 种元素的均匀性与稳定性较好,符合能力验证样品的要求.参加比对实验室铅、砷测试结果的精密度与标准方法一致,统计得出的稳健均值与样品制备浓度接近,表明研制的滤膜样品应用效果较佳.该滤膜制备成本经济、可操作性强,可考虑将其作为日常监测中颗粒物金属元素分析的质控样品使用.实验室比对评价结果显示,铅、砷的满意率分别为 86.6%、80.7%,可见我国生态环境监测机构大气颗粒物中铅、砷 2 种元素检测技术水平整体较好.
Preparation and Application of Quality Control Filter Membrane for Pb and As in Atmospheric Particulate Matter
In order to fill the gap of atmospheric particulate matter filter membrane quality control samples in the field of ecological environment monitoring,ensure the accuracy of particulate matter composition analysis results,and objectively and truly reflect the detection ability and technical level of metal elements in atmospheric particulate matter,the author prepared atmospheric particulate matter filter membrane quality control samples,which were represented by the Pb and As in atmospheric particulate matter.By means of laboratory comparison,a total of 119 ecological environment inspection and testing institutions at all levels and of various types were organized nationwide to carry out practical application and verification.The results showed that the uniformity and stability of the two elements in the developed filter media were good,which met the requirements of capability verification samples.The precision of the laboratory test results of Pb and As was consistent with the standard method,and the robust mean value obtained by statistics was close to the sample preparation concentration,indicating that the developed filter membrane sample had a better application effect.The preparation cost of the filter membrane is economical and has strong operability,and it can be considered as a quality control sample for metal element analysis of particulate matter in daily monitoring.The results of laboratory comparison and evaluation showed that the satisfaction rates of Pb and As were 86.6%and 80.7%,respectively,indicating that the detection technology of Pb and As in particulate matter of ecological environment monitoring institutions was generally good.
