Study on Simultaneous Determination of Iodide and Glyphosate in Water by Ion Chromatography
An ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of iodide and glyphosate in water was established, and the chromatographic conditions were optimized.Using Metrohm A SUPP 5-150 anion analysis column,8 mmol/L sodium carbonate as the mobile phase, the simultaneous separation and detection of iodide and glyphosate were achieved by the conductance detector.Under optimized chromatographic conditions, the detection limit of iodide could reach 0.4 μg/L,the detection limit of glyphosate could reach 1.3 μg/L,and the recovery rate was between 80.0%and 120%.The application of this detection technology in iodide and glyphosate in water has few operational procedures, simple steps, high detection efficiency, obvious separation advantages, fast analysis speed, and high sensitivity.
