天津市环境监测技术装备创新与应用现状分析

以促进天津市环境监测产业快速健康发展和区域经济增长为目标,从科技创新、产业创新、技术装备需求与应用3 个方面进行分析,提出了推动天津市环境监测技术与装备发展的合理化建议.分析表明:2017-2022 年,天津市高层次环境监测人才数量相对较少,科技创新增长动力不足;环境监测产业链上、中、下游已初步形成,但弱链、短链问题明显,产业链条协同能力不足;园区内科技成果转化能力低,集群效应不突出;国产化高端环境监测装备供给能力明显不足.建议天津市立足自身优势,开展高端环境监测装备制造靶向攻关;培育特色板块,聚力形成新时代环保产业园区;结合新需求,扩大环境监测高端装备应用空间.
Analysis of the Current Status of Innovation and Application of Environmental Monitoring Technology and Equipment in Tianjin
With the goal of promoting the rapid and healthy development of Tianjin's environmental monitoring industry and regional economic growth,this study organizes and analyzes the situation from three aspects.Technological innovation,industrial innovation,and the demand and application of technical equipment.Analysis indicates that from 2017 to 2022,the number of high-level environmental monitoring talents in Tianjin has been relatively low,and the momentum for technological innovation growth has been insufficient.Although the environmental monitoring industry chain has taken shape,there are significant weak links and gaps,and the chain's collaborative capacity is lacking.The ability to transform scientific and technological achievements within industrial parks is low,and the cluster effect is not prominent.Moreover,the supply capacity of domestically produced high-end environmental monitoring equipment is clearly insufficient.It is recommended that Tianjin leverage its own advantages to carry out targeted research and development in high-end environmental monitoring equipment manufacturing,cultivate specialized sectors,focus on creating a new-generation environmental industry park,and expand the application space for high-end environmental monitoring equipment in response to new demands.
