Adding Microsim Medical Simulation Training System in operation training before nursing students' clinical practice
Objective: To investigate the effect of add.ng Microsim Medical Simulation Training System in operation training before nursing students'clinical practice. Methods:The participants were grade 3 students in 16 classes of our college. The control group operated traditional scenario simulation exercises, while experimental group added Microsim scenario simulation training system besides traditional exercises in intensive operation training before nursing students'clinical practice. Results: Operational test scores in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: Adding Microsim Medical Simulation Training System in operation training before nursing students'clinical practice could improve the students'self-learning ability, the overall cognitive ability, on-site response capacity and knowledge grasping ability. In the meantime this method could fully reflect the nursing students-centered, teacher-oriented teaching philosophy and comprehensively improve nursing students'overall quality.
