摘要
目的:运用手机视频访视降低儿童重症监护室(PICU)患儿父母焦虑的实践及效果分析.方法:采用便利抽样法,选择我院2014年8月至2015年1月收治的PICU患儿320例,使用随机数字表将其分为对照组和实验组各160例,对照组患儿进行常规患儿访视,干预组在此基础上进行手机视频访视.比较两组患儿父母焦虑状况、治疗依从性、对护理工作的满意度.结果:干预后干预组患儿父母焦虑状况低于对照组,治疗依从性、对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:手机视频访视可有效减轻患儿父母焦虑状况,提高治疗依从性,促进护患沟通,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of mobile video visits on parents anxiety and treatment compliance.Method:Using convenience sampling method,320 inpatient PICU patients were chosen from Aug 2014 to Jan 2015,and divided into control group and experimental group with 160 patients each using random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with direct visit while the intervention group were using the mobile video visits,and then compared the compliance rate,satisfaction rate and parents anxiety level.Results:Before intervention all parents had varying degrees of anxiety and its level was lower among intervention group parents after intervention compared to the control group.Treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Mobile video visit can effectively relieve the anxiety of parents,improve the treatment compliance,promote the communication between nurses and patients,improve overall satisfaction.
