This article introduces the establishment and development of the Infection Control Link Nurses,and the current status of organizational management at home and abroad.This article elaborates on the roles of the Infection Control Link Nurses in ward infection prevention and control from the perspectives of promoting the implementation of infection control measures,encouraging the participation of various personnel in infection control practices,and influencing organizational culture and others'behavior.It also summarizes the development direction of the Infection Control Link Nurses in the future.
