Objective:To summarize the available evidence on the prevention and management of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy(PEG)catheter displacement,and provide a reference to the management of PEG.Methods:Evidence of PEG catheter displacement was retrieved from UPToDate,Embase,CNKI and other databases from inception to April 1,2023.The quality of the included literature was evaluated,data were extracted and form evidence.Results:A total of 10 literature were included,including 7 guidelines,1 expert consensus,1 recommended practice,and 1 clinical decision.Totally 26 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects:establishment of multidisciplinary management team,prevention measures for perioperative catheter displacement,management of postoperative pipeline,determination of catheter location,management of catheter displacement,health education and follow-up.Conclusion:The summarized evidence on the prevention and management of PEG catheter displacement can be applied to clinical practice and promote the standardized management of PEG.
