The reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Team Job Crafting Scale for Nurses
Objective:To translate the Japanese version of the Team Job Crafting Scale for Nurses(TJCS-N)into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of TJCS-N.Methods:The Japanese version of TJCS-N was translated and cross-culturally adapted to form a Chinese version of the scale.By convenience sampling method,578 clinical nursing staff from five tertiary grade A hospitals in Anhui province were selected to carry out the survey,testing the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of TJCS-N had 2 dimensions and 13 items.The Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half coefficient and test-retest coefficient were 0.945,0.872 and 0.925,respectively,the I-CVI of the scale was from 0.778 to 1.000,and the S-CVI was 0.923.Totally two common factors were extracted by the exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contributing 69.415%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model had good fit.Conclusion:The Chinese version of TJCS-N has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the team job crafting behavior of Chinese nurse population.
