摘要
安宁疗护是充满人文的医学服务,更是一项利国、利民、利家、利社会、利医院的重要民生事业.护理人员在跨学科交叉融合的安宁疗护专业服务中,应注重医学、政策、文化、心理、伦理及法律等多层面的照护探索,实施合情-合理-合法-合规-合宜之"五合"的综合实践,有利于提供以人为本的专业化优质服务,做到有理可遵、有法可依、有规可守,推动符合我国国情和民意的、具有本土文化特色的安宁疗护事业发展.
Abstract
Hospice care is a medical service full of humanity,and it is an important livelihood cause that benefits the country,the people,the society and the hospital.Nurses should pay attention to medical,policy,cultural,psychological,ethical and legal care exploration in the interdisciplinary professional service of hospice care,and implement the comprehensive practice of"five combinations"that is national conditions,reasonable,legal,compliant and appropriate,which is conducive to providing people-oriented professional and high-quality services,achieving rational compliance,laws to follow and rules to abide by,and promoting the development of hospice care with local cultural characteristics in line with China's national condition and public opinion.
