Evidence summary for perioperative nutrition management among adult patients with liver transplantation patients
Objective:To search,evaluate and summarize currently available state-of-the-art studies on the perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nutrition strategy development and patients'self-management.Methods:The literature on perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation was systematically searched,evaluated,and extracted from the domestic and foreign databases according to the evaluation criteria.Results:A total of 11 literatures,consisting of 7 guidelines,3 expert consensus,and 1 systematic review were included.Finally,20 best evidences and 6 categories were summarized,including nutritional risk screening and assessment,sarcopenia assessment,weight management,preoperative nutrition management,postoperative nutrition management,and follow-up for discharged patients.Conclusion:Our study scientifically and practically summarizes the best evidence of perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation,which provides implications for clinical medical staff and guides targeted interventions for the self-management of patients after liver transplantation.
