Construction and practice of the hospital nursing security system for large-scale international sports events
Hospital nursing security system is an important part of the smooth running of large-scale international sports events.In this paper,we summarized the four aspects of the selection and training of nursing support staff,the initiation of nursing support team,the establishment of one-stop Nursing Service process,and the quality control and management in a general hospital during the process of medical security for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou and the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022.The construction of the hospital nursing security system provided efficient and accurate nursing care for international large-scale sports events.It is expected to provide reference for the future medical security work of similar international sports events.
