This paper summarizes the application of digital health technology in the self-management of heart failure patients,by introducing its concept,reviewing its effectiveness in the self-management of heart failure patients,to point out the remaining problems and improvement strategies for better application of this technology in the self-management of these patients and provide reference for its further application in China.
