Objective:To retrieve and obtain the relevant evidence for pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with Chronic Heart Failure and to summarize the evidence.Methods:Based on the 6S Hierarchy of EBM Resources,literature of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with Chronic Heart Failure was retrieved.The literature was then evaluated to extract evidence according to relevant criteria.Results:A total of 17 articles were enrolled,including 3 guidelines,4 expert consensus,and 10 systematic evaluations.Finally,19 pieces of evidence of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with Chronic Heart Failure were summarized.Conclusion:This study summarizes the evidence for pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with Chronic Heart Failure,which can provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice.In the process of implementation,it should be carried out step by step on the premise of ensuring the safety of patients and taking into consideration patients'cultural background and their medical institutions.
