摘要

我国已进入服务经济时代,全过程就医感受需要不断改善,患者体验需要持续提升,传统的医疗服务难以全面满足人民群众的需求,医疗服务高质量发展成为"十四五"时期医药卫生体制改革的焦点.卓越服务是满足患者需求的重要途径,是医院高质量发展的前提.文章通过阐述卓越服务概念与内涵、卓越服务国内外现状、我国医院服务面临的问题等,提出开展医院卓越服务的建议,为推动医院高质量发展提供参考依据.

Abstract

China has entered the era of service economy.The whole process of medical experience and patients'experience needs to be continuously improved.However,traditional medical services can hardly meet the needs of people.The development of high-quality medical services has become the focus of medical and health system reform in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Excellent service is an important way to meet the needs of patients and a prerequisite for the high quality development of hospitals.By elaborating the concept and connotation of service excellence,the status of service excellence at home and abroad,and the necessity for hospitals to carry out service excellence,this paper proposes the suggestions for hospitals in China to carry out service excellence,and provides a basis for the promotion of high-quality development of hospitals.
