Development of an early"standing position"functional exercise method for elderly patients after lumbar surgery
Objective:To develop an early"standing position"functional exercise method for elderly patients after lumbar surgery, and provide a reference for clinical functional exercise. Methods:The draft of early"standing position"functional exercise method for elderly patients after lumbar surgery was developed through literature review, and the final functional exercise method was determined by expert meetings and expert consultation. Results:A total of 5 experts participated in the meeting, and the authority coefficient was 0.915.A total of 10 experts participated in the consultation, and the authority coefficient was 0.950.The importance scores of the items ranged from 4.51 to 4.92,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.06 to 0.15.The functional exercise method consisted of 5 primary items and 20 secondary items. Conclusion:The early"standing position"functional exercise method established in this study for elderly patients after lumbar surgery is scientific and safe, and can be further verified.
