Nurses play a leading role in delirium management and participate in all stages of the management,and face many difficulties and challenges in it.This article aims to review the manifestations,influencing factors,assessment tools,recommendations and countermeasures of nursing difficulties in patients with delirium,so as to provide references for further studies and interventions.
