Influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise during hospitalization in patients after Total Hip Arthroplasty and Total Knee Arthroplasty:a qualitative study
Objective:To explore the factors affecting rehabilitation exercise behavior during postoperative hospitalization,in order to provide guidance for medical staff to formulate targeted intervention measures,improve patients'compliance with postoperative rehabilitation exercise.Methods:Using purposeful sampling,25 patients after joint replacement were selected for a semi-structured interview,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis.Results:The factors that influenced the exercise behavior of rehabilitation during the postoperative hospitalization can be classified into 4 themes and 11 subthemes:physiopathological factors,psychological factors,social support factors and rehabilitation nursing factors.Conclusion:Physiopathological factors,psychological factors,social support factors and rehabilitation nursing factors affect joint replacement patients with postoperative rehabilitation behavior.Multiple measures can be taken to control pain and fatigue,enhance self-efficacy,utilize modern information means to meet the demand of patients rehabilitation knowledge,actualize ward flexible management to improve patients'compliance with rehabilitation exercise.
