妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿患者居家护理的研究进展

摘要
目前下肢淋巴水肿尚不能治愈,居家护理是妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿患者维持长期康复疗效、防止水肿复发及加重的关键,但目前下肢淋巴水肿的居家护理国内外尚无统一标准.文章介绍了妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿患者居家护理的研究现状与保障措施,总结分析了下肢淋巴水肿患者居家护理要点,旨在提高妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿患者居家自我护理效能,促进长期康复效果,也为后续研究提供参考.
Abstract
At present,Lower Limb Lymphedema cannot be cured.Home care is the key to maintain long-term rehabilitation effect,prevent recurrence and aggravation of Lower Limb Lymphedema patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery.However,there is no standard home care for Lower Limb Lymphedema.This paper introduces the research status and safeguard measures of home care for patients with Lower Limb Lymphedema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery,summarizes and analyzes the main points of home care,with the aim of improving the self-care efficacy of postoperative Lower Limb Lymphedema patients with gynecological malignant tumor,and promoting long-term rehabilitation,so as to provide references for future studies.
