摘要
目的:调查浙江省公立医院感染控制联络护士(Infection Control Link Nurses,ICLN)岗位职能及需求,为后续ICLN的准入、培养、考核及认证提供依据.方法:2022 年5月13日至6月7日,由浙江省护理学会防感染专业委员会牵头,采用自行设计的ICLN岗位职能问卷对浙江省内11个市 37家公立医院的ICLN进行线上问卷调查.结果:共发放1 938 份问卷,回收率及有效率均为100%.ICLN参与抗生素管理率(24.4%)与主观认同率(39.4%)低;86.9%的ICLN希望医院制度上定期给予排班支持;91.6%的ICLN认为需要院感防控专业知识和技能的培训.结论:浙江省ICLN岗位职能不够明确,需要建立系统的培养和认证体系,优化岗位标准,推进岗位的专科化发展.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the the job responsibility and needs of Infection Control Link Nurses(ICLN)in public hospitals in Zhejiang Province,so as to provide a basis for the subsequent inclusion,training,assessment and certification of ICLN.Methods:From May 13 to June 7,2022,led by the Infection Prevention Committee of Zhejiang Nursing Association,an online survey was conducted among ICLN from 37 public hospitals in 11 cities within the association using a self-designed job responsibility questionnaire for clinical infection control nurses.Results:A total of 1938 questionnaires were distributed,and the recovery rate and effective rate were both 100%.The participation rate of ICLN in antibiotic management(24.4%)and the subjective approval rate(39.4%)were low.Totally 86.9%of the clinical infection control nurses hoped that the hospitals would give them regular scheduling support,and 91.6%of ICLN thought that it was necessary to strengthen the training of professional knowledge and skills related to hospital infection.Conclusion:The job responsibility of ICLN in Zhejiang province is not clear.It is necessary to establish a systematic training and certification system,optimize the post standard,and promote the specialization of the post.
