摘要
机器学习能个性化预测患者术后并发症等不良结局事件发生风险,辅助医护人员开展个性化治疗和护理.文章从机器学习的概述、机器学习在预测经导管主动脉瓣置换术患者术后不良结局事件中的应用、研究展望和启示 3 个方面展开阐述,以期为我国经导管主动脉瓣置换术患者术后精准护理提供参考.
Abstract
Machine learning can personalized predict the risk of adverse outcomes such as postoperative complications in patients,assisting medical staff in personalized treatment and care.In this review,the overview of machine learning,the application of machine learning in predicting adverse outcomes of patients undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement,and the outlook and revelation are presented in order to provide reference for the postoperative precision care of patients undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement in China.
