Construction of a health education program for patients with Hypertriglyceridemic Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To construct a health education program for patients with Hypertriglyceridemic Acute Pancreatitis(HTG-AP),and to provide reference for the development of health education for them.Methods:Based on the theory of protective motivation,a health education program draft for patients with HTG-AP was constructed through literature review and theoretical analysis.In January 2022,experts in related fields were invited to conduct Delphi expert consultation to screen and modify the indicators at all levels.Results:Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted on 18 experts,the positivity of two rounds of consultation were 94.7%and 100.0%,the authority coefficient of the correspondence experts was 0.905,and the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.297 and 0.115,respectively.The coefficients of variations of all the entries were<0.25.The health education program included 2 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 19 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The health education program sets from the perspective of motivation during the construction process,analyzes the possible impact of environment and interpersonal relationships on the health behavior of HTG-AP patients,judges the ability of HTG-AP patients to cope with and avoid adverse behaviors,and provides reference and guidance for carrying out health education for HTG-AP patients.
