护理管理者职业生涯成功现况及影响因素分析

目的:调查护理管理人员职业生涯成功的现状,分析其影响因素,为制定和建立优化护理管理人员执业环境的相关策略提供依据.方法:通过便利抽样,选取来自21个省份的1 804 名护理管理人员作为调查对象.使用一般资料调查表、护士执业环境测评量表和职业生涯成功量表进行调查.采用多元线性回归分析,探究护理管理者职业成功的影响因素.结果:共回收有效问卷1 804 份.护士执业环境测评量表得分为(83.38±14.99)分,职业生涯成功量表得分为(39.47±8.21)分.多元线性回归分析结果显示,护理管理人员的学历、职位、学术组织兼职以及执业环境是影响职业成功的主要因素(P<0.05),共同解释了职业成功总变异的 28.6%.结论:护理管理人员的职业生涯成功处于较高水平,改善执业环境有助于其职业生涯成功水平的继续提升.
Influencing factors of career success among nursing managers
Objective:The study aims to investigate and analyze the status of occupational environment and career success of nursing managers in various provinces and cities,in order to explore the relationship between them.The results of this study will provide evidence for the formulation and establishment of relevant strategies to optimize the occupational environment of nursing managers.Methods:Through convenience sampling,1 806 nursing managers were selected as participants.The general data questionnaire,Nurses Occupational Environment Assessment Scale and Career Success Scale were used for survey.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for analysis.Results:A total of 1 804 valid questionnaires were collected.The scores of the occupational environment assessment scale and career success scale were(83.38±14.99)and(39.47±8.21),respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting nursing managers'career success included their education,position,part-time job in academic organizations and occupational environment,which altogether explained 28.6%of the total variation in career success.Conclusion:The scores of career success for nursing managers are at a medium to high level,and improving their career environment is conducive to the continuous improvement of their career success.
