摘要
社区安宁疗护是终末期患者重要的服务形式之一,其中数字健康是推动安宁疗护事业发展的关键因素.文章对数字健康的概念,数字健康在社区安宁疗护中的应用形式、应用效果以及应用困境进行综述,并提出展望,旨在为我国医护人员在社区安宁疗护中应用数字健康提供参考依据.
Abstract
Community-Based Palliative Care(CBPC)is one of the most important forms of service for terminal patients,and digital health is a key factor to promote the development of palliative care.This paper reviews the concept of digital health,the application of digital health in CBPC,the effect and the dilemma of digital health,aiming to provide a reference basis for the application of digital health in CBPC in China.
