角膜塑形镜佩戴依从性影响因素及改善策略的研究进展

摘要
近视已成为亟须解决的全球公共卫生问题,角膜塑形镜是目前防控近视进展有效控制手段之一,角膜塑形镜佩戴规范性及依从性直接影响近视治疗效果.文章对角膜塑形镜佩戴人群的佩戴依从性影响因素及干预措施进行综述,以期为制订提升这类人群的角膜塑形镜佩戴依从性策略提供参考.
Abstract
Myopia has become an urgent global public health problem,and a number of studies have confirmed that orthokeratology lenses are an effective means of prevention and controlling the progress of myopia.The wearing standard and compliance of orthokeratology lens directly affect the treatment effect.This paper reviews the influencing factors and interventions of orthokeratology lens wearing compliance,and the improvement strategies to improve the wearing compliance of orthokeratology lens wearers,aiming to provide references for this population to improve the wearing compliance of orthokeratology lens.
