摘要
肺癌患者在围手术期经历着一系列令人困扰的症状,严重地影响其生活质量.文章从症状群的概念,肺癌患者围手术期症状群的评估、症状群的分类与特点、症状群的影响因素、症状群的护理管理等5 个方面,综述了肺癌患者围手术期症状群的研究进展,为进一步开展肺癌患者围手术期症状群的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Patients with lung cancer experience a series of disturbing symptoms during the perioperative period that seriously affect their quality of life.This paper reviews the research progress of symptom clusters in patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period from the aspects of concept,evaluation,classification and characteristics,influencing factors,and nursing management of symptom clusters,in order to provide a reference for further research on symptom clusters in patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period.
