摘要
全膝关节置换术是目前治疗终末期膝关节疾病最有效的方法.文章对移动健康技术在全膝关节置换术患者管理中的应用现状进行综述,其存在医护人员专业知识及技能不足、系统构建单一、应用设计缺乏患者参与、老年患者信息技术应用障碍、信息安全存在风险的问题,并提出展望,以期为我国移动健康技术在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用与发展提供参考.
Abstract
Total Knee Arthroplasty is currently the most effective methods for treating end-stage knee joint diseases.This paper summarizes the application status of mobile health technology in the management of Total Knee Arthroplasty patients.The issues were summarized as follows:inadequacy in the professional knowledge and skills of medical staff,a singular approach to system construction,a lack of patient involvement in application design,obstacles in information technology application for elderly patients,and risk in information security.And present prospects,aiming to provide insights for the application and development of mobile health technology in Total Knee Arthroplasty patients in China.
