医疗物联网在认知症患者远程管理中的应用及挑战

摘要
认知症是由于多种原因引起的以认知功能缺损为主要临床表现的一组综合征.医疗物联网借助物联网设备和技术,在认知症患者远程管理中发挥了重要作用.文章综述了医疗物联网在有走失风险、跌倒风险、药物管理困难、功能状态不佳或生理参数不稳定、需要识别发病早期迹象及需要远程监测异常精神行为的认知症患者中的应用及其面临的挑战,为今后开发更适宜的物联网设备,发挥其在认知症患者远程管理中的作用提供参考.
Abstract
Dementia refers to a group of syndromes with cognitive impairment as the main clinical manifestation caused by a variety of causes.With the help of devices and technologies,Medical Internet of Things plays an important role in the remote management of dementia patients.This paper reviews the applications and challenges of Medical Internet of Things in patients with dementia with higher risk of missing and falling,difficulty in medication management,unstable functional status or physiological parameters,and stronger needs for identification of early signs of illness and remote monitoring of abnormal mental behaviors.This review provides a reference for developing more appropriate Internet of Things devices to promote their application in the remote management for patients with dementia.
