摘要
晚期癌症患者的谵妄发生率高、危险度强、漏诊率高,可导致患者病情恶化、出现长期认知障碍、病死率增加.护士接触患者较多,其识别晚期癌症患者谵妄,对于促进晚期癌症患者谵妄有效管理十分重要.文章综述了国内外开发的晚期癌症患者谵妄评估工具的内容、特点、应用现状及局限性,以期为各类晚期癌症患者谵妄评估工具的开发与应用提供参考,为晚期癌症患者制订有效的谵妄管理方案提供借鉴.
Abstract
Patients with advanced cancer have a high incidence of delirium,high risk,and high missed rates,which can lead to worsening of the patient's condition,long-term cognitive impairment,and increased mortality.The recognition of delirium in advanced cancer patients by nurses,who have more contact with patients,is very important for promoting effective management of delirium in advanced cancer patients.This paper reviews the content,characteristics,application status and limitations of delirium assessment tools in patients with advanced cancer developed at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the development and application of various delirium assessment tools in patients with advanced cancer,and to provide reference for the formulation of effective delirium management programs for delirium patients with advanced cancer.
