摘要

目的:科学编制适用于乳腺癌患者及一级亲属的遗传风险知信行问卷,为乳腺癌患者及一级亲属遗传风险知识、态度、行为的测评提供科学的评价工具.方法:以知信行理论为框架,通过文献查阅、半结构化访谈、课题组讨论、专家函询及预调查形成问卷.采用方便抽样法,于湖南省长沙市某专科医院招募 313 名参与者(乳腺癌患者或其一级亲属)进行测试,并检验问卷的效度、信度.结果:乳腺癌患者及一级亲属遗传风险知信行问卷包含知识、态度、行为3 个维度,共有 34 个条目.问卷的内容效度指数为 0.969,各条目内容效度指数为0.800～1.000,Cronbach's α系数为 0.872,分半系数为 0.720,重测系数为 0.905.结论:乳腺癌患者及一级亲属遗传风险知信行问卷具有良好的效度及信度,可用于测量乳腺癌患者及一级亲属遗传风险知识、态度、行为水平.

Abstract

Objective:To develop and assess the psychometric properties of the questionnaire of knowledge,attitude,and behavior on genetic risk for breast cancer in patients and their first-degree relatives.Methods:Based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice,the questionnaire of knowledge,attitude,and behavior on genetic risk for breast cancer in patients and their first-degree relatives was developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,group discussions,two rounds of expert consultation and pilot survey.The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were assessed in 313 patients with breast cancer and their first-degree relatives who were recruited by convenience sampling.Results:The questionnaire involved 3 dimensions:knowledge,belief and behavior,with 34 items totally.The content validity index S-CVI/Ave was 0.969.The Cronbach's α was 0.872,the split half reliability was 0.720,the test-retest reliability was 0.905.Conclusion:The questionnaire of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice on genetic risk for breast cancer in patients and their first-degree relatives has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the knowledge,attitude and behavior of genetic risk for breast cancer in patients and their relatives.
