Dietary pattern plays an important role in the treatment of patients with heart failure,and dietary intervention can improve their hospitalization outcome and prognosis.This paper reviews the contents,characteristics and application status of diet-related assessment tools for patients with heart failure,in order to provide reference for the subsequent introduction and development of diet-related assessment tools for Chinese patients with heart failure,and provide reference for scientific formulation of effective dietary intervention measures.
