Development of a fertility guidance program based on Chatbot for breast cancer patients of childbearing age undergoing chemotherapy
Objective:To develop a fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age who received chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:A research group was established,and the draft of the fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age was initially formed on the basis of evidence summary and findings of the qualitative interviews.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method,and the final version of the program was determined.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86.In the first round of expert consultation,the Kendall harmony coefficient of the item's importance was 0.16(P<0.001),and the Kendall harmony coefficient of feasibility was 0.15(P<0.001).In the second round of expert consultation,the Kendall Harmony Coefficient of the item's importance is 0.25(P<0.001),and the Kendall Harmony Coefficient of the item's feasibility is 0.23(P<0.001).The final program included 3 intervention opportunities,11 intervention themes and 29 intervention contents.Conclusion:The fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age undergoing chemotherapy is scientific,comprehensive and innovative,which can provide reference for clinical nurses to carry out fertility education.
