目的:对移动医疗在恶性肿瘤患儿疼痛管理中应用的研究进行范围审查,以识别干预要素和应用现状.方法:以JBI范围综述指南为方法学框架,检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库等中英文数据库中的相关文献,检索时限为建库至 2023 年5月16日,对纳入的文献进行汇总和分析.结果:共纳入13篇文献,移动医疗在恶性肿瘤患儿疼痛管理中的应用类型主要有应用程序、网络平台和微信小程序;移动医疗干预的内容要素包括疼痛评估、监测和干预,结局指标包括可用性、可行性、可接受性和有效性.结论:契合儿童心理和行为特征的移动医疗技术深受患儿喜爱,其在疼痛管理中可用性、可行性和可接受性已得到证实,并具有积极效果.未来应开发适合我国恶性肿瘤患儿疼痛管理的移动医疗技术,开展高质量的研究,探索应用移动医疗进行疼痛管理的有效性,以促进患儿疼痛随访数据库的建立,改善患儿疼痛体验.
Application of mobile health care in pain management of children with malignant tumors:a scoping review
Objective:To review the scope of research on the application of mobile health in pain management in children with malignant tumors,in order to identify its intervention elements and application status.Methods:The JBI Scope Review Guidelines was used as the methodological framework to retrieve relevant studies in PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and CBM,etc.The search period was from the inception of the database to May 16,2023,and the included literature was summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 13 literatures were included.The application types of mobile medicine in pain management of children with malignant tumors mainly referred to application program,network platform and Wechat mini programs.The content elements of mobile health intervention included pain assessment,monitoring and online pain intervention,and the outcome indicators included availability,feasibility,acceptability and effectiveness.Conclusion:Mobile health care that fits children's psychological and behavioral characteristics is favored by them,and its usability,feasibility and acceptability in pain management have been proven to exert positive effects.In the future,mobile medical applications suitable for children with tumor pain in China should be developed,and high-quality studies be conducted to explore the effectiveness of mobile medical pain management,so as to promote the establishment of a pain follow-up database for children and improve their pain experience.
