Evidence summary for nursing of gastrointestinal symptoms in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy
Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the evidence on nursing of gastrointestinal symptom cluster in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy at home and abroad,and provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods:According to the"6S"evidence model,literature related to the nursing of gastrointestinal symptoms in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy were systematically searched in domestic and foreign databases,relevant guide websites and professional society websites from the inception of database to May 9,2024.Researchers evaluated the quality of the literature,extracted and integrated evidence.Results:A total of 14 articles were included,including 3 clinical decisions,4 guidelines,2 systematic reviews,3 expert consensus,and 2 randomized controlled trials.A total of 16 pieces of evidence were summarized from 5 aspects,including organizational management,control objectives,risk factors,health education,symptom management.Conclusion:This study summarizes the evidence of nursing of gastrointestinal symptom clusters in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy,which can provide reference for clinical practice.Individualized treatment and nursing care should be provided according to the symptoms and actual needs of the child,and relevant evidence should be updated in time.
