摘要
目的:遴选并总结成人肾移植患者饮食管理的证据,为临床肾移植患者饮食管理护理实践提供参考.方法:计算机检索国内外数据库及网站中关于成人肾移植患者饮食管理的推荐实践、指南、临床决策、证据总结、专家共识和系统评价,对纳入文献进行质量评价后提取证据并进行证据级别评定.结果:共纳入16篇文献,围绕饮食管理团队、营养评估与风险筛查、体质量管理、饮食方案制定、膳食营养摄入与饮食禁忌、饮食模式、饮食与免疫抑制剂管理、饮食自我管理、饮食健康教育 9 个方面总结出30 条证据.结论:本研究总结了成人肾移植患者饮食管理的证据,为开展护理实践提供循证依据,有助于医护人员为肾移植患者制订个性化的饮食管理方案.
Abstract
Objective:To select and summarize the evidence on dietary management in adults with kidney transplant recipients.Methods:Comprehensive searching in databases and websites for recommended practices,guidelines,clinical decisions,expert consensus,evidence summaries,and systematic reviews on dietary management in adults with kidney transplantation was conducted.Evidence was extracted and assessed for its level after quality assessment for the included papers.Results:A total of 16 articles were included.Thirty pieces of evidence were formed from nine aspects:dietary management team,nutritional assessment and risk screening,body mass management,dietary regimen development,dietary nutrient intake and dietary contraindications,dietary patterns,diet and immunosuppressant management,dietary self-management,and dietary health education.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for dietary management in adult with kidney transplantation,providing an evidence-based basis for developing nursing practice and helping healthcare professionals to develop individualized dietary management plans for adult with kidney transplantation.
