摘要
Kano模型是一种对需求进行分类和优先排序的重要工具,近年来已被引入医疗及护理领域.文章综述了Kano模型的概念及其在护理领域的研究现状,并对该模型的应用前景进行展望,旨在为护理领域推广和应用Kano模型提供参考.
Abstract
The Kano model,as an important tool for classifying and prioritizing needs,has been introduced into healthcare in recent years.This paper reviewed the concept of the Kano model and its research status in the field of nursing,and put forward the application prospect of this model.It is expected to provide information for the application and promotion of Kano model in the field of nursing.
