护理领域组织敏捷的研究进展与启示

摘要
组织敏捷是指组织对环境变化的感知并做出快速反应的能力.组织敏捷能够使护理人员迅速适应日新月异的变化环境,与时俱进地满足患者需求、优化服务流程.文章回顾了组织敏捷的起源与概念,对测量工具以及护理领域组织敏捷的相关研究进行综述,并给出建议,以期为我国护理人员开展相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Organizational agility refers to the organization's capacity to swiftly perceive and respond to environmental changes.It empowers nurses to promptly adapt to the dynamic healthcare landscape,effectively meet patients'needs,and optimize service processes.This paper reviews the origin and concept of organizational agility,summarizes the measurement tools and the relevant nursing studies,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,in order to provide reference for Chinese nursing professionals engaging in relevant studies.
