摘要
目的:对江苏省医疗护理员培训基地运行现状进行调研,为进一步提高医疗护理员培训质量提供参考.方法:2024年2月,采用便利抽样法,使用自制的医疗护理员培训基地运行现状调查问卷,对江苏省26家取得医疗护理员培训基地资质的负责人进行调查.结果:取得培训资质的组织单位有医疗机构(69.2％)、职业院校(11.5％)、护理学会(15.4％)和社会机构(3.8％),不同组织单位在资源管理方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但在分级培训管理方面,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:江苏省医疗护理员培训基地整体开展情况较好,但是分层培训管理、师资认证机制完善方面有待进一步加强,未来应进一步建立信息化管理平台,持续监管各个培训环节,以及时提供培训后续支持、提高医疗护理员培训效率.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the running status of medical caregiver training bases in Jiangsu province.Methods:In February 2024,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the running status of 26 medical caregiver training bases among the heads of the bases.Results:The institutions that obtained training qualifications were medical institutions(69.2％),vocational colleges(11.5％),nursing societies(15.4％),and social institutions(3.8％).There was no statistical difference in resource management among various institutions(P＞0.05),but there were differences in hierarchical training management(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The overall running status of medical caregiver training bases in Jiangsu Province is relatively good.However,the hierarchical training management and the improvement of the teacher certification need to be further strengthened.An informatization management platform should be established in future to continuously supervise the training process,provide timely follow-up support for training,and improve the efficiency of medical caregiver training.
