摘要
关怀型领导是近年来领导学研究领域的热门话题,是一种给予员工关心、支持和激励的领导风格,能有效减少护士的职业倦怠,在提升护患满意度、护理服务质量等方面均具有积极的作用.文章对关怀型领导的概念、理论发展、测量工具、影响因素、作用效能以及培训策略进行梳理和回顾,为关怀型领导在护理管理领域的研究和实践提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,caring leadership has become a hot topic in leadership studies.It is a leadership style that offers care,support,and motivation to employees.It has proven effective in significantly reducing the job burnout among nurses and playing a positive role in improving the satisfaction as well as the quality of nursing care.This paper reviews the concept of caring leadership,theory development,assessment instruments,influencing factors,functional efficacy,and training strategies,to provide a reference for the research and practice of caring leadership in nursing management.
